I bought this Cricut Mini at a thrift store. It was in such great condition in the box with the cutting mat, cables, and original instruction booklet.

I'm so disappointed to find out that it's obselete! At least it was cheap!

Since the last Cricut Design Space software update, they screwed up the pressure settings for cutting Basswood and other wood. The pressure setting should be at 750, and the default has been set to 150 with no option to edit because you can't edit knife blade pressure...

I bought a cricut machine as a Christmas gift. I wasnt sure the person would want the item. It took me weeks, and multiple phone calls to even find out their Christmas return policy, before purchasing. Very poor customer service, with non English speaking customer...

Broke cricut

Hello, I actually do not have any other complaints. I will actually be delivered a new cricket explore 3 in 10-14 days. This is because of the detection sensor cut marks and it won't print online pictures from safari!! I will be getting a new one soon, thank you a lot for the help!!

No power cord

I called and explained I only received the machine. No cord or anything that went with it. They said they would send it. They did not. I called again and they said they had a address problem. Ok, but then said I should call Amazon because thats were I brought it from. Amazon said no call call Cricut. They said they would not send me anything. Finally after arguing they said they would send me a power cord. I said thats all I need!! I cant even use this machine. I had to borrow my cousin cord to make Christmas gifts! Very disappointed in service!

User's recommendation: Buy a silhouette instead!! Customer service is horrible with Cricut.

Item has not even shipped

Hi , I am so disappointed in Cricut's Customer Service. I have yet to receive shipping confirmation on an order placed a week ago. After calling Customer Service I was put on hold for a total of 20 minutes while the operator just pacified me. She kept saying she would locate a tracking number but never provided one. To make a long story short, I have no idea when the item will be shipped much less when it will arrive. I should have bought it locally and saved the shipping costs and then I would have it in my hand.

Can't set up my cricut maker 3

It'd been great if the foreign lady hada done what she said she was gonna do.she was suppose to send me an email for trouble shooting my maker 3 but all I got was this email to do a damn review. And that *** me off cuz now I have to call back again sit on hold for every. Thanks lady

Subscription

I purchased the Year Subscription and was charged according to it. However, my card was also charged for the Monthly Subscription that was on my account as well. It was set as an automatic payment. I couldn't cancel the Monthly on my end. So, I contacted Circut and one of the customer service agents corrected the problem. I could tell because I saw the correction on my Cricut account.

Rubber pieces keep moving

The rubber piece keeps moving so it moves the mat and the cut goes wrong and it doesnt cut and then it gets jammed then I have to cancel everything.

Non working cutter

Arrived today in non working conditions. Called customer service and spoke with Pauli. He took care of me in a very quick, courteous and efficient manner. Will remain a customer.

Subscription cancellation

You make it very difficult to learn your product, i have to visit several different web sites just to get the basics. I would think, you as experts, would put a detailed video on your product. By the experts in your company instead of relying on others that have tried, failed and retried until the got it. Poor customer product relationship

Look at the quick start guide that came with your machine. On the back is a long list of resources including their YouTube channel that has everything you need. It’s not Cricut’s fault if you get a machine and don’t even read what came with it.
