I have been trying for weeks to get a solution to this problem I bought this dumb machine for $600 for cutting vinyl, I never used the writing tool until just recently I got in order for 600 to do invitations, The 1st card came beautiful, then it wouldn't write a straight line the arm was shaking uncontrollably, its been months looking for a solution, after 2 months the ( barely English speaking =india customer service) actually had the nerve to say the machine is outta of warranty SORRY go put a plant in your 600 dollar pos! The incompetent continued to say ARE YOU BUYING ANOTHER ONE IF SO I CAN GIVE YOU 20 PERCENT OFF! 


SHE ASKED IF I WOULD WASTE MORE HARD EARNED CASH FOR A COMPANY THAT TOOK MONTHS TO TELL ME TO *** MYSELF AND MY 600 DOLLARS!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ILLEGITIMATE PRODUCT! NOOOOO SUPPORT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT ACTUALLY SPEAKS ENGLISH NOR FROM AMERICA! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACE THIS COMPANY IS! LOOK INTO Silhouette much better product American company fabulous customer do not waste hundreds of dollars for a machine that won't last longer then 17 months! Ill always be posting reviews every day untill my 600 hundred dollars is met with the closing or return of my money User's recommendation: Do not buy

I was charged $102.59 and I did not buy anything to have this charge! I reached out to the company and nobody has got in contact with me, but they was paid so not a big deal to them!

Where do I start? 1st Im forced to pay for this worthless subscription ( with horrible designs) If u create with their fonts and cancel you have to start over! 2nd the customer service is worse than BAD! 2 MONTHS I'M TRYING TO GET HELP, the calls go overseas to people you CAN NOT UNDERSTAND! I created a card with the writing tools, when I began the 2nd the writing was shaking until it was unreadable, obviously it's broken, THIS MACHINE IS USELESS TO ME WITHOUT THE TOOL!

I purchased the Cricut maker in October purchased a brand new computer in December. Ive had nothing but trouble setting us up and when I finally did try to set it up today Im being told that gonna cost me $99 to hunt for a year to have the S block turned off on my computer. I wasnt aware of extra charges when I purchased this cricket maker which was almost $400.

Design space would not open.
Representative walked me through the process with great success! I was able to create the projects for my grandsons first birthday.
