Can I get a partial refund?I have only had my cricut for a few weeks. I have used one before so I knew I would love it and went ahead and purchase a full year of cricut access.
I was right and I did love it. However on April 10th my entire house burned and my explore 2 was destroyed. I hadn't had a chance to send in the warranty yet and had no renters insurance on my house. Now that I will have to replace literally everything I own I won't be able to replace my cricut explore for a while and was wondering if I could get a partial refund on the access subscription.
At this point ever penny is helping my family. Thank you.
How can I contact Cricut if I’m living in the Philippines?I purchased my Cricut Maker from Amazon US. I love here in the Philippines.
I filed a complain about the upper door and front door not opening and closing properly. They gave me a ticket number for reference bit haven’t heard since.
Really need to know what to do with the machine. I really need to resolve this ASAP.

Can you email me back?I'm not sure how to connect my cricut explore air 2 up to my computer there is not tutorial or manual that will help, I have a HP computer.
- plug in the machine and power it on;
- connect the machine to your computer with the USB cord or pair it via Bluetooth;
- go to design.cricut.com/setup in your browser;
- download and install Design Space for Desktop;
- follow the on-screen instructions to sign in or create your Cricut ID, and set up your new machine;
- you should know the setup is complete when you are prompted to do a test cut.

How to get messages to stop.
As soon as I get to point to print/cut I get message about payment.... I just recently started the free trial... please help?

- select 'My Account' to access your account details;
- select Memberships from either the left navigation menu or the links under the My Account section;
- select Cancel to stop the subscription renewal.
Where to get a new code , that was supposed to in the box with the cricut''.
Code not in box. I have the cricut maker S/N Q250********.

How do I order a new pen housing for my explorer?I naught a pre owned explorer, the pen housing is loose and doesn’t grab the pen. Thank you Christina
You can find a Multi Pen Adapter Made for Use with Cricut Explore, Cricut Explore Air at Amazon. With this Pen Adapter you can use most any pen, marker, sharpie or whatever you choose up to a 1/2' in diameter. There are no height restrictions with the pens or markers you use.
How do I save my project ? It’s not working.
Why can I not save my projects is says internet or call Cricut care ... I have internet access...
- Navigate to the My Projects page and select the three dots on the project tile you want to save. Then select Save for Offline.
- You will see a small computer icon on any of the project tiles that are successfully saved for offline use.
- The first time you save a project in Design Space for Desktop you will be prompted with a save settings dialogue to choose how you would like to save projects from that point forward.
Why isnt the text icon working?I can't use the (TEXT) on design space not an option and it continues to buff please help i even did the update
On the iOS or Android App, select Text at the bottom-left of the screen.
iOS/Android: The font list will open.
Why are they're a charge for fonts that I was getting with my monthly payment.
I am paying the monthly fee of $9.95 and now they are charging for alot of the fonts that I was getting with my subsription. What am I paying for if now I'm getting charged for them. I have alot of things saved but now I have to pay for the fonts if I want to keep them.

New Desktop Design Space Application Not Working.
I can not access any of my projects on the new Desktop Design Space 5.11.57. I can not get through on the phone with Cricut and they have not answered any of my email requests. Is anyone else having the same problem
I have a chromebook, but downloaded the app and I still can't get access on the chromebook or my android, but yet I have an account but can't do nothing else. I can't sign in to design it keeps telling me bad username or password which is not the problem. I'm at wits end. Don't know what to do. I'm not about to buy another laptop. And I don't want feel like I wasted my money buying this cricut that's fresh out the box.
