My husband bought me a Maker for Christmas. I was so excited about it until I used it.

The carriage clicks as it moves. I was told by friends who have them that's not normal. Initial chat with CS went well. I had to email a video, which I did and no one responded.

I followed up two days later to make sure they received it. I got an email back that it would be escalated and I would receive an update in 24 hours.

Here we are 5 days and two additional emails later and all I'm hearing are crickets from Cricut. My final email I requested a full return and refund of all products purchased.
